Built by operators who’ve spent their careers in Australian telco and infrastructure – not an AI lab.
16 years building and operating Australian telco brands across enterprise and infrastructure. Founded Reedify in 2012, serving enterprise customers nationally and still active on the board. Previously built and exited Unify, a SaaS platform for Telstra distribution. Co-founded Lumify, delivering Australian-built TEM products for enterprise. Jeremy brings the operational thinking and commercial discipline behind LayerAI’s delivery model.
LayerAI didn’t start in an AI lab. It started with two decades of building and running telecommunications businesses across Australia – from enterprise voice infrastructure to SaaS platforms to national distribution networks. We’ve operated systems that handle serious call volume. We understand what holds up under load and what falls apart after the demo.
That background shapes everything about how we build. We don’t treat voice AI as a novelty. We treat it the way we’ve always treated production voice systems: with structured deployment, governed change control, monitoring that catches drift, and clean escalation to humans when the situation demands it.
Most AI voice companies are software teams learning about telephony. We’re telco operators who’ve built the infrastructure to deploy AI properly. That’s the difference between a demo that works and a system your team can rely on.
We build in-house. No offshore outsourcing, no white-label platforms.
